Student Mobility

Student Mobility allows students of Undergraduate Programs at the State University of Feira de Santana (UEFS) to study for one or two semesters at another Higher Education Institution in Brazil or abroad, in either in-person or virtual modes, without losing their student status at UEFS.

The Special Office for Institutional Relations (AERI) publishes announcements aimed at students from all UEFS Undergraduate Programs. These announcements provide step-by-step instructions and selection criteria for candidates to apply. In some cases, the announcement includes scholarship opportunities for candidates selected in top positions.

To become an exchange student through Student Mobility at UEFS, candidates must be enrolled at UEFS; have completed at least 30% (thirty percent) and up to 75% (seventy-five percent) of the total course workload; meet the requirements outlined in the announcement; and be selected.

Currently, UEFS has cooperation agreements with 45 (forty-five) Higher Education Institutions in 21 (twenty-one) countries. Argentina, Turkey, Peru, Portugal, Morocco, Italy, Canada, Mexico, Spain, and France are some of the countries that can be destinations for UEFS exchange students. So far, more than 800 (eight hundred) UEFS students have had this opportunity.
